Warranty Terms DOA => Dead On Arrival Warranty Conditions 1) CEDGE Computers offers one year return to base limited warranty for all new parts and systems (except for some covered by manufactory's warranty) and 7 days for DOA product from date of purchase, please always keep a tax invoice for warranty purpose. 2) Warranty period is from the original purchase date and is not extendable if the product has been repaired or replaced. 3) Computer systems are only covered by hardware warranty, and warranty does not cover the damage to other equipment used in conjunction with goods sold. 4) To avoid delay, warranty goods need to obtain a RMA number and be well packed before returning to us. 5) Testing fee may apply if goods are not found faulty in the warranty process. note that: Before returning your product purchased at CEDGE Computers, you need to FIRST check: 1) Whether goods are covered by manufacturer's warranty? You can ask our support representative for details.There are two types of manufacturer's warranties: a) You send a faulty item to the manufacturer's service
centre after you contact them, like printers and scanners Please keep the warranty card when you purchase the product(s) for this purpose 2) IF items are covered by CEDGE Computers' RTB limited warranty, you need to fill in the RMA form and then fax or email it to us, we will issue a RMA number and ship instructions to you. To avoid delays in the RA process, please DO NOT ship the faulty item before applying for RMA Please Note : The product returned to CEDGE Computers is at the customer's expense |
